Independent consulting report 8% of completed S/4HANA transformations finished on schedule SAP S/4HANA transformation: why only 8% finish on time, and how to lead one that works An independent consulting report. I analysed official SAP announcements, user-group surveys and a 200-company study in Power BI to find out why most S/4HANA transformations miss their plan, and built a consulting approach that puts leadership and people first.
